Q: How do I make a payment/secure my booking for videography?
I aim to make your payment process as seamless as possible. After you decide to book my videography services, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your date. This deposit will be invoiced at the time of booking and can be paid via bank transfer. Once I receive your deposit, you will receive an email receipt, and this amount will be credited towards your total payment. Following the deposit, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you closer to the event date, also payable by bank transfer. The full payment will be required a month before the event. Upon receiving the full payment, we will send you a copy of the receipt as confirmation. This structured payment process helps ensure your date is reserved and provides you with clear documentation at each step
Q: What should I do if I need to cancel videography?
I understand that plans can change or unexpected circumstances happen. If you need to cancel your videography, please be aware that the deposit you have paid is non-refundable. However, if you wish to reschedule your session, I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible. Availability can be limited, and the earlier you get in touch, the better chance I have to accommodate your new date.
Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, signing a contract is required when you book me. This is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations, deliverables, and terms of the service. The contract is designed to protect both of us as the client and the service provider, covering aspects such as project scope, payment terms, deadlines, and other important details.
